HOUSE RULES AND REGULATIONS

We strive to provide our guests with an exceptionally clean, safe, and friendly hotel experience. The following House Rules have been established based on industry standards, management and operational procedures, and our personal experience. These House Rules are considered a part of our reservation agreement with you. As our guest, by reading and signing your house stay registration you are agreeing to abide by all of our House Rules, terms and conditions, and procedures. These House Rules are presented here to help promote our guests’ safety and enjoyment and to ensure that each guest is aware of the understandings between Jesher Chittillam Premium Luxury Apartment stay and the guest.

TARIFF


The tariffs is for the Apartment & room(s) only and are inclusive of all Taxes Meals and other services are available at extra cost on order outside restaurants. Bills must be settled on presentation, personal cheques are not accepted .To know your room tariff, please contact the Caretaker/front Office. Guest registration forms must be signed on arrivals.

CHECK IN


Please present your ID card, Passport or Temporary Residence Card upon Check-in. By Law visitors must present personal documents for Apartment records. These documents will be returned upon departure.

DEPARTURE


Check out time is 12.00 noon. Please inform the reception if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. Extension will be given depending on the availability. If the room is available, normal tariff will be charged.

GUEST RULES

No visitors are allowed after 10:00 p.m. Residents are not allowed to accommodate any unregistered guests for the night. Visitors must notify Front Desk upon their arrival. Visitors must be accompanied by the registered guest at all times.Any visitor who is staying after 22:00 will be considered as an additional occupancy. Addition of each person shall take place at the current price of an extra bed for an adult, based on the currently prevailing rules & pricelist. Residents are kindly requested to inform the caretaker desk if they invite more than five people to the apartment at any one time. Visitors are also expected to abide by the house rules and regulations. Residents are responsible for any visitors occupying the apartment.

QUIET TIME


Quiet time at the Apartment lasts from 22:00 to 6:00 of the next day. During quiet time, Guests and persons using the Apartment services have an obligation to behave properly and not to disturb the peace of stay of other persons.

GUEST'S BELONGINGS


Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out going to bed. For the convenience of the Guest, electronic safety lockers are provided in the room to store any valuables. The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest's belongings or any other property from either the hotel room or the locker or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever including theft of pilferage.

PETS


Please do not bring into the premises of the Apartment animals or birds of any kind as they may disturb or endanger other Guests.

SMOKE FREE APARTMENTS


Jesher Chittilam is 100% Smoke-Free. Smoking in the room will result in INR 5000 Cleaning Fee. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building. This includes smoking through an open door or window. A Designated Smoking Area is provided outside and at the top of the building.

RULES REGARDING EQUIPMENT AND FIXTURES ON THE PREMISES


Refrain from using equipment or fixtures for purposes other than those intended.
Please do not take equipment and fixtures out of the Apartment.
Removal or alteration of equipment or fixtures is prohibited.
Please refrain from touching the security camera & smoke sensor.

HAZARDOUS GOODS


Bringing goods and / or storing of raw or exposed cinema films or any other article of a combustible or hazardous nature and / or prohibited goods and / or goods of objectionable nature is prohibited. The Guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the management , its other guests, invitees visitors, agents and servants for all loss financial or otherwise and damage that may be caused by such articles or as a result of the guests own negligence and non-observance of any / instructions. Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals and pungent food are strictly prohibited on hotel premises.

DAMAGE TO PROPERTY


The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the apartment property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible. You will be charged for any damage or loss of the facilities or equipment, inside or outside the apartment caused by you or your Guests. Guest’s unclaimed articles, whether valuable or non-valuable, shall be held for 14 days (including the day the item was found) unless otherwise specified. Articles which remain unclaimed after this period shall be discarded, in accordance with the law. Perishable items will be discarded immediately.

MANAGEMENT'S RIGHTS


It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ her in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the apartment premise. The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the apartment forthwith, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default the Management has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him / her.

GOVERNMENT RULES AND REGULATIONS AND APPLICATION OF LAWS


Guest are requested to observe, abide by confirm to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations in force from time to time.

PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEO'S


Using photographs and video's taken in apartment for commercial or public purposes is illegal. Those who do so will be subject to prosecution.



THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES TO ITSELF THE RIGHT TO ADD TO, OR ALTER OR AMEND ANY OF THE ABOVE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RULES WHICH ARE A PART AND AN ABSTRACT OF THE APARTMENT/LODGING ACT.
